Job summary

TJX is seeking a motivated Talent Analytics Analyst to support talent assessment, executive development, and coaching initiatives. The role involves coordinating programs, conducting large-scale analyses, and presenting findings to Global Talent Management leaders.

Ideal candidates will have strong quantitative/qualitative analysis skills, HR interest, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Interest in Human Resources.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research or analytical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter with organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, manage projects, and perform analysis for talent assessment, executive development, and executive coaching practices.
• Work on Talent Management and Talent Analytics projects and tasks.
• Partner with Executive Development, Talent Assessment, and Executive Coaching practices to develop leaders within TJX.
• Coordinate, track, and administer Executive Development, Coaching, and Assessment programs.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using large data sets.
• Present findings to Global Talent Management leaders, connecting data and analysis to TJX Leadership Competencies and Cultural Factors.
• Highlight strengths and opportunities and provide recommendations to overcome challenges.
• Assist with managing and coordinating projects for Global Talent Management practices.
• Assist with other assignments within the Global Talent Management function.
