Job summary

DraftKings seeks a Talent Advisory & Delivery Associate to build and deliver thoughtful recruiting experiences from intake to hire, partnering with hiring leaders to understand needs and move searches forward. You’ll grow your understanding of talent markets and use AI-enabled tools to map, source, and engage candidates while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience focused on high-volume hiring for customer-facing and corporate roles.
• Strong research and sourcing skills with curiosity about talent markets and competitors.
• Ability to build productive relationships with hiring leaders and candidates.
• Comfort using recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems to manage workflows; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of supported teams, priorities and talent needs to inform recruiting approach.
• Manage searches from intake through hire with clear search plans and stakeholder updates.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Share talent-market insights with hiring leaders and teammates.
• Create thoughtful candidate and stakeholder experiences through clear communication and follow-through.
• Use AI and recruiting technology to support research, mapping, sourcing, and workflows.
