DraftKings Inc. in Boston is seeking a Talent Advisory & Delivery Associate to deliver thoughtful recruiting experiences from intake to hire, partnering with hiring leaders to understand needs and engage top talent.

You will build pipelines, translate needs into search plans, and grow with the business by leveraging market data and AI-enabled tools. As you advance, you will deepen your understanding of business units, talent markets and recruiting insights while shaping how we attract and hire

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2+ years recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-moving environment.
Experience with full-cycle searches, especially for technology/analytics roles.
Ability to organize search plans using business context and market data.

Responsibilities

Build understanding of supported teams, priorities and talent needs.
Manage searches from intake through hire with clear plans and regular updates.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
Use talent-market data and candidate feedback to share insights with leaders and teammates.
Create strong candidate and stakeholder experiences through consistent communication.
