Are you a strategic and consultative partner with a passion for talent acquisition? We’re looking for a dedicated Talent Advisor to join our client’s team and drive their talent strategy. You’ll be the single point of contact for Hiring Managers, responsible for developing and executing talent strategies that deliver quality hires. You’ll build strong relationships, proactively gather market intelligence, and manage the entire candidate pool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand requisition needs and provide sourcing and screening support.
• Perform intake calls to clarify position requirements and communicate sourcing plans.
• Advise client hiring managers on effective sourcing strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly hiring goals and monitor performance.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, evaluate eligibility, and present qualified candidates.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop strategic relationships with RSR peers and leaders.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of account management, requisition management, and/or consultative recruiting experience as the primary hiring manager point of contact.
• Minimum five (5) years in a candidate generation role with a proven track record of hiring success.
• Property and Casualty Insurance company experience is a must.
