Qualifications

  • Prior recruitment experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication across phone, email, and text.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Increase the volume and quality of candidate interactions.
  • Develop structured marketing campaigns with the marketing department.
  • Develop and execute sourcing/recruiting plans to identify and hire the right talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Track and report staffing data using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support the pipeline of qualified talent to ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with leaders to develop hiring requirements.
  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations.
  • Facilitate debrief meetings with hiring managers to select candidates.

We are looking for someone to join our team to drive recruitment efforts in a highly competitive market, and to be the welcoming first introduction to Apollo MedFlight.

Apollo MedFlight is growing, which means the sky is the limit with this role!

A day in the life:
  • Strategically increase the volume and quality of interaction and conversations with candidates
  • Develop structured, purposeful marketing campaigns based on the targeted positions in conjunction with our marketing department
  • Develop and execute sourcing/recruiting plans to identify and hire the right talent
  • Source, screen, and perform preliminary interviews on potential candidates
  • Tracks and reports data on staffing plan processes using software programs that may include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software databases
  • This position will support the pipeline of qualified talent to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner with leaders to develop short and long-term hiring requirements
  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations
  • Facilitate debrief meetings with hiring managers in order to determine which candidate to pursue
Requirements
The background profile we are looking for:
  • A college education is excellent but having drive and determination to succeed is what truly matters! High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous recruitment experience is preferred
  • Willingness to communicate using phone, email, text, and other forms of communication
  • Highly organized, strategic thinker with a passion for attention to detail
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication and presentation
  • HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
  • Remain abreast of information, research, trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Ability to be a self-starter and recommend process improvement
  • Ability to be actively involved in job fairs and community projects in our regions
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule when needed (evenings, weekends)
