Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking an Employment Manager to lead recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning across our plant operations. You will oversee the full employment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and compliance, while partnering with plant leadership and HR teams to meet staffing needs and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related field preferred, with equivalency considered.
2+ years HR/Employment leadership experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS; strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employment law.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting and staffing for hourly and salaried positions to meet plant needs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, immigration requirements, and I-9 processes.
Develop recruitment strategies, outreach, and career fairs to build strong candidate pipelines.
Prepare and analyze employment metrics and workforce data to support objectives.
Support onboarding and retention initiatives to improve new hire success.
Facilitate training programs, engagement activities, and compliance audits.
