Job summary

Continental is seeking an HR professional to own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding across multiple locations. You will collaborate with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage offers while coordinating comprehensive training programs and ongoing HR projects.

The role emphasizes data-driven recruitment and strong candidate experience. The position requires 3–6 years of recruiting experience, multi-site coordination, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Experience managing multiple openings in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and employee orientation.
• Experience administering or coordinating employee training programs.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare employment offers and manage pre-employment activities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data within the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Administer and track employee training programs across locations.
