APC Hospitality in Verona, NJ is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Team Building Manager to lead HR operations across parking, hospitality, and corporate functions. You will partner with leadership to recruit, onboard, and develop a high‑performing, service‑oriented workforce.

This role requires 7+ years HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and hands‑on expertise with HRIS/Payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
7+ years of Human Resources Experience.
Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Payroll/HRIS systems experience, ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Experience in parking, hospitality, transportation, retail, facilities, or another high-volume service environment preferred.
Some weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leadership.
Recruiting & Staffing: Oversee full-cycle recruiting for hourly, supervisory, management, and corporate positions.
Onboarding, Training & Performance: Oversee new-hire onboarding, required documentation, training, and certifications.
HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Benefits & ACA Compliance: Manage benefits administration and ACA reporting.
Workforce & Operational Support: Partner with parking and hospitality operations across locations.
