About The Role

As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless operations within our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity allows you to be at the heart of our recruitment processes, providing crucial support that helps us compete at an extraordinary level!

What You'll Do

1. Provide Tier 1 support to users of the Applicant Tracking System, both internal and external.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
3. Deliver efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers while adhering to standardized procedures.
4. Support the US/Canada Referral program using data analysis skills.
5. Collaborate with team members to implement recruitment strategies and initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred, with up to 3 years of validated experience. Experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms like Avature.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ServiceNow.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a curious approach.
