Compensation Range Hourly: $21.40 - $31.50 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The Talent Acquisition Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists at Commerce Bank. This position is key to ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. By partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, the Support Specialist helps deliver exceptional service and support, contributing to a best-in-class candidate and customer experience. This role offers an excellent entry point for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. This is a hybrid role: Scheduled to be in-person in the Commerce Bank Career Lounge in Kansas City, MO three (3) days per week, with the ability to work from home on opposite days.
