Commerce Bank is seeking an Electronic Services Specialist - Account Analysis in Kansas City to provide high-level customer support for Commercial, Small Business, and Internal customers regarding billing, pricing, and invoices. The role operates in a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence for training and ongoing collaboration.

Responsibilities include handling escalations, ensuring accurate billing, and developing reporting while maintaining strong relationships with internal partners

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1+ years banking operations experience required.
• Ability to serve as an escalation point to assist with low-to-moderate complexity questions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation Range Hourly: $23.80 - $31.50 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to provide high level customer support to Commercial, Small Business and Internal customers of the Bank related to Commercial billing, pricing, and invoices.

Essential Functions

• Provide high touch customer service to internal business partners, ensuring a customer-centric approach

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to serve as an escalation point to assist with low-to-moderate complexity questions, concerns, or research

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Hybrid Schedule

Hybrid Schedule: In office minimum of 2 days/week, onsite Mondays and Tuesdays (training will require up to 5 days per week in the office for at least 8 weeks, depending on progress)

Compensation

For individuals applying, assigned and/or hired to work in areas with pay transparency requirements, Commerce is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for some roles. This compensation range is for the Electronic Services Specialist - Account Analysis or Senior Electronic Services Specialist - Account Analysis level job and contemplates a wide range of factors that are considered in determining most appropriate job level and making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location, skill sets, education, relevant experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $23.80 to $31.50 per hour.
