Commerce Bank in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Supervisor-level role for Wholesale Lockbox operations. The position offers an annual salary range of $55,000.00–$74,500.00 based on experience and competencies, with a Mon-Fri schedule from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

You will oversee department workflow and guide staff, ensuring service excellence and adherence to procedures. Candidate requirements include an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years remittance experience, and 1+ year leadership

Compensation Range Annual Salary: $55,000.00 - $74,500.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

Work Schedule Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Essential Functions

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $55,000 to $74,500 annually.
