Qualifications

• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
• Associates degree or higher in Human Resources and/or Business preferred.
• Advanced PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with HRIS; Paylocity preferred.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and pre-screening processes with hiring managers.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist in employee relations and performance management activities.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities.
• Generate HR reports from HRIS and ensure data privacy.
• Support internal communications and onboarding activities.
