Job summary

Description of Work

The Recruitment Team Lead oversees recruitment operations for assigned divisions, managing a team of 5-7 Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators. This role assigns and balances workloads, guides staff on recruitment policies and procedures, and supports development of recruitment plans. The position serves as a technical expert, providing consultation to division management on complex recruitment needs, developing postings, screening candidates, and ensuring efficient movement through the hiring process. The Team Lead monitors recruitment metrics, identifies process improvements and training needs, and collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Manager to resolve workflow or technical issues. Additional duties may include participating in special projects and addressing process or policy challenges as they arise.

Salary Grade Range: $ 50,088.00 - $87,654.00

Recruitment Range: $ 50,088.00 - $87,654.00

  • Ability to analyze recruitment data, identify workflow or process deficiencies, and recommend effective improvements or training interventions.
  • Skill in developing strategic recruitment plans and job postings that align with organizational needs and promote attraction of diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Strong consultative and communication abilities to effectively advise division management on recruitment strategies and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
