The Assistant Classification and Compensation Manager supports the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's classification and compensation programs. This role ensures job structures are accurate, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals while helping maintain competitive and compliant pay practices.
Salary Range: $70,627- $137,724
