This role assigns and balances workloads, guides staff on recruitment policies and procedures, and supports development of recruitment plans. The position serves as a technical expert, providing consultation to division management on complex recruitment needs, developing postings, screening candidates, and ensuring efficient movement through the hiring process. The Team Lead monitors recruitment metrics, identifies process improvements and training needs, and collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Manager to resolve workflow or technical issues.
