Mercy seeks a Talent Acquisition Strategy & Transformation Manager to partner with TA leadership, translate priorities into roadmaps, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives. This strategic role blends business operations, program management, recruitment operations, workforce intelligence, and disciplined execution to improve recruiting effectiveness and streamline processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, HR operations, workforce strategy, business operations, program management, or organizational transformation.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
Experience using recruiting data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Experience with recruiting technology, reporting tools, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with TA leadership to develop and operationalize strategic priorities and long-term Talent Acquisition objectives.
Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
Identify interdependencies, risks, and sequencing recommendations.
Develop executive-level business cases and strategic recommendations.
Lead transformation initiatives across all value streams and drive adoption of new processes and technology.
