Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in HR, business, marketing, communications, data analytics, or related field.
• Ability to participate in an 11-week internship from Jun 1, 2027 to Aug 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support activation of Labcorp’s Employee Value Proposition across priority recruitment channels.
• Develop employee stories, testimonials, and reusable employer brand content.
• Review external trends and peer practices to strengthen talent attraction and digital reach.
• Audit and update recruiter job aids, process documentation, screenshots, and SharePoint resources.
• Convert training recordings into concise, task-based learning content.
• Support TA data analysis, KPI reporting, and data gap identification.
• Assist with mapping TA workflows and measuring quality of hire.
• Assist with administrative activity—activation of contingent profiles in Fieldglass; troubleshoot logs.
• Participate in Global Expansion activities for Contingent Workforce, including reporting and weekly calls.
