Labcorp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategy Intern to join our team in Durham, NC, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!
The Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives team leads programs that strengthen how Labcorp attracts talent, equips recruiters, and improves the candidate and hiring experience. The team partners across Talent Acquisition, HR, and the business to activate Labcorp's Employee Value Proposition, enhance recruiter tools and learning resources, improve data and reporting, and drive greater consistency across Talent Acquisition processes. As part of the team, the intern will complete an anchor project focused on Employee Value Proposition activation while also contributing to a defined portfolio of Talent Acquisition operations assignments. The internship is designed to produce practical, reusable deliverables and provide exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, process improvement, learning content, data, and executive-level communications.
