Job summary

ConnectOne Bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and execute recruitment strategies that identify and recruit top talent aligned with our business objectives.

You will develop sourcing pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and champion our People First culture while leveraging modern recruiting tools and practices. Hybrid work options are available depending on role.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws including EEOC, ADEA, ERISA, NLRB, ADA, FMLA and FLSA.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Presence, confidence, and communications skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Leverage technology to identify, assess, and present candidates.
• Build robust talent pipelines to reduce cycle times.
• Represent ConnectOne Bank as a compelling employer brand ambassador.
• Provide recommendations on innovative sourcing tools and best practices.
