Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in North San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site role reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.

The position focuses on sourcing and hiring across GTM, services, technology and engineering, with a strong emphasis on building a robust candidate network. Responsibilities include managing the full cycle of recruiting, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and shaping hiring strategies with other recruiters and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience in-house or at a search firm.
• Proactive sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and hire candidates across GTM, services, Technology and Engineering
• Partner with other recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring needs and create sourcing strategies
• Manage full cycle recruiting process with a positive candidate experience
• Develop and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions
• Facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
• Drive offer process including extending offers and generating letters
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
• Act as liaison between interviewers and hiring managers to coordinate discussions
