Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in North San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site role reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.

The position focuses on sourcing and hiring across GTM, services, technology and engineering, with a strong emphasis on building a robust candidate network. Responsibilities include managing the full cycle of recruiting, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and shaping hiring strategies with other recruiters and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience in-house or at a search firm.
• Proactive sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and is based in North San Jose CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.

Role and Responsibilities

• Source and hire candidates across GTM, services, Technology and Engineering
• Partner with other recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective talent sourcing strategies
• Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Work with recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions
• Facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions with all parties

Skills and Experience:

• GSD - Move at speed and get stuff done.
• Communicate - Good with people and able to pitch an opportunity and close a candidate.
• Hustle - Relentless in pursuit of sourcing, interviewing, collecting feedback and pushing candidates through a process.
• Sourcing - you need to be proactive in outreach and not rely on inbound applicants.
• 3+ years recruiting experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
• Prioritize - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
