Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent recruiting experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions from intake through offer with limited direction.
• Advanced sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation across roles and levels.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting strategy, labor market dynamics and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, professional, and other assigned positions.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
• Facilitate intake meetings, align on selection criteria, coordinate interview plans, and provide updates to hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and partnerships.
• Develop and manage compelling job postings and external channels; ensure compliant records and background checks.
• Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and ensure a positive experience reflecting Bassett's values.
• Partner with HR and leaders to ensure smooth onboarding readiness; support process improvements.
