You will source through multiple channels, build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles, coordinate interviews and offers, track recruitment metrics, and contribute to employer branding with regional HR partners.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience recruiting across multiple markets.
• Proven sourcing for high-volume and niche roles.
• Strong communication and candidate experience focus.
