NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a recruiter to manage full lifecycle hiring in Salesforce and AWS spaces. You’ll partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and drive onboarding for top consultants.

Remote & In‑Person options, travel up to 25%, and collaboration with our Recruiting and Operations teams are part of this role. Build strong candidate relationships and a scalable talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience within Salesforce and/or AWS spaces.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Suite; excellent verbal communication on calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting: pre-screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting/ops teams to build pipelines.
• Source top talent through diverse strategies including social media and events.
