NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full lifecycle of recruiting, focusing on Salesforce and AWS spaces. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and manage candidate communications.

The role offers remote or hybrid work options with a dynamic team dedicated to AI and cloud-based solutions. Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus, as is strong relationship building and communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space).
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar).
• Excellent communicators must be comfortable & confident on the phone.
• Competitive and goal-oriented with attention to detail.
• Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants.
• Works well both independently & as a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand hiring needs.
• Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including pre-screening, interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation.
• Develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies.
• Utilize sourcing strategies to identify top talent in your market.
• Recruit and network with potential candidates via social media, events, campuses, and fairs.
• Implement recruiting ideas to contribute to future growth of the company.
• Maintain job posts and assist in creating standardized Job Descriptions.
• Create and send candidate offer letters with salary negotiations.
• Coordinate with practice leads to ensure regular follow-up with candidates and a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and completion of necessary paperwork.
• Conduct onboarding sessions with new hires.

AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

• Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs
• Participate in the full life‑cycle of recruiting, including: pre‑screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation etc.
• Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
• Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market.
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, job fairs etc.
• Implement recruiting ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company
• Maintain job posts and assist in the creation of standardized Job Descriptions
• Create and send out candidate offer letters with salary negotiations
• Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team to ensure regular follow‑up with candidates and own the candidate experience to ensure it's always positive
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
• Conduct necessary onboarding sessions with the new hires

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space)
