Federal Reserve Bank of New York is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to support end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and candidate pipelines. You will partner with hiring managers, source diverse talent, and manage Workday workflows to ensure timely, compliant hiring and welcoming new hires.
This full-time, onsite role offers opportunities to influence recruiting metrics, conduct orientation, and collaborate across the Bank while adhering to policies and laws.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter assists with the Bank’s recruitment activities, including professional, undergraduate, and graduate hiring, summer employment programs, the employee referral program, and the internal job posting process. Engages in core recruiting responsibilities such as sourcing candidates, building diverse and effective talent pipelines, conducting initial candidate outreach, and supporting early‑stage screening and selection activities. Effectively markets the Bank’s unique opportunities through various sourcing and networking channels.
You will also support and enhance the Bank’s onboarding experience by coordinating and facilitating new hire orientation and organizing events designed to help new employees acclimate and feel connected. Builds and maintains strong relationships across and outside the organization while driving overall operational efficiency within Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth, consistent, and high‑quality execution of daily hiring and onboarding operations.
