Job summary

Passavant Memorial Homes, Harmarville office, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit qualified candidates across the organization. You will implement diverse recruitment strategies, engage via social networks and events, and act as an employer brand ambassador.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, have at least two years of HR/recruitment experience, excellent communication, and HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years professional HR or recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to reach candidates.
• Act as an employer brand ambassador to drive interest in career opportunities.
• Proactively contact candidates on social media and professional networks.
• Assist with multi-channel recruiting to fill pipeline with high-quality candidates.
• Work with HR team and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and match candidates.
• For select roles, screen applications, interview candidates, and make hire recommendations.
• Create, maintain, and distribute recruitment reports.
• Implement and attend recruitment events.
• Enhance and maintain the applicant tracking system across the organization.
• Develop recruitment materials for various positions across the organization.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Vice President of Corporate Projects.
