Express Capital is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team!

In this role, you’ll lead all recruitment efforts across departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Internal Operations. You’ll serve as the primary recruiter and own the full talent acquisition lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all internal roles (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
• Manage and maintain internal candidate records and hiring files
• Coordinate and lead all interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations
• Onboard and prepare new hires for a successful first day and beyond
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and understand departmental needs
• Act as a strategic partner in hiring, advising on talent market trends and sourcing strategies
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively source top talent
• Represent Express Capital with enthusiasm and authenticity, clearly communicating our brand, culture, and mission

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Proactive, organized, and highly self-sufficient—you thrive in autonomous roles
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates with confidence and care
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passionate about helping companies grow through exceptional talent
