Job summary

Wenthe-Davidson Manufacturing in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, screen and hire candidates across the organization, from entry-level manufacturing to leadership roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage full-cycle recruitment, maintain recruiting records in HRIS, and promote the Wenthe-Davidson employer brand while building local pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• 3 years of progressive HR experience including 2 years in manufacturing recruitment.
• PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisitions to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop strategies.
• Create and maintain job postings reflecting position requirements and employer branding.
