Job summary

HL Mando America Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to partner with leadership in developing and executing full-cycle recruiting strategies, ensuring compliance and alignment with workforce planning. The role supports hiring managers, coordinates interview processes, and drives talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels.

The position requires 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a preference for candidates with manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and site HR Teams to define workforce needs and development recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates through digital platforms, networking, career fairs, and industry partnerships.
• Advise HR leadership on labor market trends, compensation competitiveness, and talent pipeline development.
• Screen and evaluate applicants, ensuring qualifications and organizational fit; make hiring recommendations based on independent judgment.
• Lead and facilitate the interview and selection process, providing guidance to managers on best practices and compliance.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with leadership to finalize compensation packages.
• Manage relocations and special hiring initiatives in partnership with HR and business units.
• Enhance the employer brand through proactive engagement with candidates, universities and community partners.
• Collect, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Site HR Teams on Onboarding, Retention strategies, and long-term workforce planning.
• Maintain strict compliance with employment law, company policy, and regulatory standards.
