HL Mando America Corporation (HL MCA) is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter in Novi, MI to lead full-cycle recruiting for site roles. You will partner with leadership and HR teams, design sourcing strategies, and ensure compliant, fair hiring practices to attract top talent.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management on compensation, onboarding, and retention, with a focus on high-volume manufacturing environments. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and site HR to define workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates through digital platforms, career fairs, and partnerships.
• Advise HR leadership on labor market trends, compensation competitiveness, and talent pipeline development.
• Screen and evaluate applicants; make hiring recommendations based on independent judgment.
• Lead and facilitate the interview and selection process, ensuring best practices and compliance.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with leadership to finalize compensation packages.
• Manage relocations and special hiring initiatives with HR and business units.
• Enhance the employer brand through proactive engagement with candidates, universities, and community partners.
• Collect, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Site HR on onboarding, retention strategies, and long-term workforce planning.
