Contemporary Amperex Technology Kentucky LLC (CATK) is seeking multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent to support growth in the new energy and automotive battery sectors.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical recruitment, especially for engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, focusing on engineering roles.
• Experience in recruiting for the new energy or automotive battery sectors highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and terminology.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and ATS.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a vital role within our organization, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent to support our growth and innovation in the new energy and automotive battery sectors. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and engaging potential candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, specifically within engineering, and a deep understanding of the unique requirements of the new energy and automotive battery industries.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
• Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
