Job summary

You will manage candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and recruitment marketing activities, collaborating with leadership and HR partners to meet staffing needs.

The role requires maintaining ATS content, multi-channel sourcing, planning recruitment events and delivering timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years of talent acquisition or related experience.
• Experience supporting full life-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports TA leadership and managers by implementing workforce priorities.
• Executes targeted sourcing, pipeline, events and candidate engagement activities.
• Maintains recruiting content, tools and candidate communications.
• Manages full life-cycle recruiting with moderate complexity.
