You will partner with hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, analyze metrics, and support employer branding to help build a high-performing, safety-focused workforce aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Familiarity with employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for US and Canada.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess fit.
• Coordinate interview process and provide candidate feedback.
• Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives.
• Analyze metrics and report on time-to-fill and source of hire.
