Responsibilities

• Act as a career coach and ally to candidates.
• Review resumes daily and match candidates to roles.
• Write and post new job opportunities.
• Email candidates using provided templates.
• Search job pools and recruiting portals for openings.
• Suggest ideas to improve talent discovery.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates.
• Document qualifications, salary expectations, and other details.
• Prepare candidate summaries for submission.
• Update and manage jobs in the job board.
