Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience across industries.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP WFN) and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Help attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee records, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.
• Travel overnight when needed (limited).
