This is a flex position with no benefits. This role is designed to provide recruiting coverage across the Talent Acquisition team during planned and unplanned absences, including paid time off, medical leave, and long-term disability coverage. The position offers an opportunity to support a variety of business units and recruitment functions while delivering a seamless experience for hiring leaders and candidates.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs, anticipate hiring demands, and develop strategic recruiting solutions. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, with a strong focus on sourcing, candidate engagement, and delivering high-quality talent.
This unique flex opportunity provides broad exposure across multiple areas of Talent Acquisition while playing a critical role in maintaining recruiting continuity during team member absences. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $68,598.40 - $103,396.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
