Sentara Health in Virginia Beach is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist Nurse Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to forecast nursing hiring needs and implement strategic sourcing to fill open positions.

You will screen, interview, and test candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment, and lead projects addressing high volumes and hard-to-fill roles. RN strongly preferred; BS degree preferred; base pay $68,598.40–$103,396.80 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Registered Nurse strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

This role manages the recruitment process for all open positions in assigned business units with a focus on identifying and tapping into new sourcing resources and utilize proactive techniques to recruit diverse, high value candidates. Engage in tactical and strategic sourcing to help business units proactively source and place top talent.Executes and facilitates the overall recruitment strategy, including screening, interviewing and testing while serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers. Participates in projecting future employment needs, creating recruitment plans, and improving the employment process. The base pay range for full-time employment is $68,598.40 - $103,396.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
