You will guide candidates through the interview process, ensure a positive experience, and uphold our standards for compliance and safety while supporting growth and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred with relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment support role.
• Experience with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews and candidate communication valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs.
• Build hiring plans including advertisement and outreach.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment—from briefing to signed offer.
• Advise leaders on role profiles, market insights, and selection strategies.
• Source and engage diverse talent through multiple channels.
• Screen and interview candidates with a structured approach.
• Ensure outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, local regulations, and global standards.
• Adhere to safety requirements and foster a culture of safety.
