Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to support Service Center Managers across the U.S. in attracting and developing skilled trades talent—mechanics, technicians, welders, inspectors, and more.
The role emphasizes building pipelines, partnering with schools and organizations, and coaching managers on interviewing practices. This hybrid position in Greenwood, IN is temporary for one year, with duties spanning sourcing, onboarding, and workforce development.

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Service Center Managers across the U.S. in attracting, selecting, onboarding, and developing skilled trades talent, including mechanics, technicians, welders, inspectors, and other technical professionals. You will have the opportunity to build talent pipelines, strengthen recruiting practices, support workforce development initiatives, and create a consistent onboarding experience that helps new hires become productive and engaged quickly.
This role also partners closely with managers to improve hiring effectiveness through coaching, behavior‑focused interviewing, and recruitment best practices.
Currently, this is a Hybrid opportunity located in Greenwood, IN. This is a temporary, one‑year assignment.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and:

The salary range for this role is typically $70,000 to $80,000.
This position requires approximately 20% domestic travel to support service centers, recruiting events, educational partnerships, and training initiatives.
