As a part of the team, you will:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs.
• Build hiring plan to include but not limited to advertisement, technical school outreach.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from briefing to signed offer.
• Advise leaders on role profiles, market insights, and selection strategies.
• Source and engage diverse talent through multiple channels.
• Screen and interview candidates with a structured, fair approach.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, local regulations, and global standards.
• Adheres to all company-wide safety requirements and encourages safe behavior among colleagues.
• Proactively addresses unsafe actions or conditions in a positive and constructive manner, helping to foster a culture of safety and care.

What you know:

• UniversityBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred with relevant experience.
• Minimum1year of experience in recruitment support role.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication is highly valued.
• Experience using HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), or similar digital tools is a plus – Workday.
• Exposure to a multinational or matrix organization is beneficial but not required.
• Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and local employment regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to5% domestically or locally.
