Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the United States to recruit top talent for Salesforce and AWS spaces. You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment, and build pipelines in niche markets, leveraging Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting to identify skilled candidates.

You will coordinate with recruiting and operations teams, craft competitive offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience, while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space).
• Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
• Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar)
• Excellent communicators must be comfortable & confident on the phone

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs across the organization.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting: pre-screening, scheduling, salary negotiation, onboarding docs.
• Build pipelines in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategy.
• Utilize sourcing strategies to identify top talent via social media, events, and networks.
• Create and send offer letters with salary negotiations; ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality; facilitate onboarding for new hires.
