**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to supporting our staffing needs by managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in Spanish, and have a proactive approach to building relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and community outreach efforts.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, role specifications, and team dynamics.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate record-keeping of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring stages.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and integration into the company culture.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continually improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote our company as an employer of choice within the community.
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts by actively sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds.

**Required Qualifications**

  • Fluency in speaking and writing in Spanish is required.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs or more, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility for weekends or extended hours as necessary.

**Compensation Details**

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $26, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
