  • Administer and post job openings across internal and external platforms to maximize visibility and reach.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date candidate and requisition information in the Workday applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services to coordinate with checks, drug screens, and onboarding steps for new hires.
  • Leverage an AI platform integrated with Workday to support candidate ranking, sourcing insights, and pipeline optimization.
  • Track and manage hiring activity using tools such as Power BI, monitoring metrics including average time-to-fill and pipeline status (submittals, interviews, offers).
  • Prepare and share recruitment updates and dashboards during check-ins with business leaders, highlighting progress and potential risks.
  • Support recruitment for a variety of salaried roles, including plant leadership and manufacturing positions, engineering, sales, finance, and marketing.
  • Flex into varied business areas as needed, including operational and Lean teams, adapting quickly to new hiring disciplines.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Latin America to ensure global alignment and to gain exposure to multicultural environments.

  • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system, with Workday experience highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear, timely, and professional updates to all stakeholders.
  • Proven relationship-building capabilities, with a service-oriented approach to partnering with HR business partners and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent requisitions.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills with HR business partners, hiring managers, and business stakeholders across different functions.
  • Comfort working with data, reporting, and talent acquisition metrics to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Practical understanding of modern recruiting workflows and full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through onboarding.
