The Manager, Talent Management – Succession & Leadership Pipeline leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide succession planning and leadership pipeline strategies. This role translates talent strategy into scalable programs, tools, and governance that strengthen leadership capability, ensure robust and diverse pipelines for critical roles, and mitigate talent risks. The position serves as a key partner to HR Business Partners and business leaders, using data and insights to guide succession, readiness, and pipeline decisions in alignment with workforce planning and organizational priorities.
The role operates in a hybrid, highly collaborative, and strategically focused work environment. You will partner closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and business executives to drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent initiatives across the organization. This is a Permanent position based out of Lithia, FL.
The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $155000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Available upon individual request from candidates.
