Job summary

SBS CyberSecurity is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and shape our growing team. You will attract and engage top cybersecurity talent, partner with leaders to define needs, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across the hiring process.

You will develop efficient recruiting processes, implement strategies to meet staffing needs, and stay current on EEO/ADA guidelines. Occasional travel and hybrid-remote work in SD are expected.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years cybersecurity/tech recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with recruiting KPIs.
  • Experience with HRIS and recruiting tools (Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo OS).
  • Desire to solve problems and think creatively.

Responsibilities

  • Own full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and fit.
  • Develop efficient recruiting processes and strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Create job descriptions and knockout questions to clarify essential qualifications.
  • Screen and prep candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers.
