Qualifications

• Professional experience developing software with .NET and C#.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and service-oriented applications.
• Understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity about AI and applying it to software engineering challenges.
• Approximately 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Build AI-powered software on Confluence's flagship platform

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help modernise one of Confluence’s most important products while bringing emerging AI capabilities into production.

This is not a maintenance role.

As part of our Software Engineering team, you’ll work across a large-scale product ecosystem used by investment management firms around the world. You’ll help develop modern services, improve platform capabilities and build AI-powered solutions using technologies such as LLMs and agent-based workflows.
