Job summary

Tech24 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting across service and back-office roles. This remote-friendly role partners with hiring managers to optimize interview processes, decisions, and onboarding experiences, supporting growth and day-one readiness across the team.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, excel in high-volume settings, and possess strong ownership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer and close.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and guide candidates through the process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Provide coaching and support to improve interviewing and hiring practices.
• Drive a strong candidate experience from start to finish.
• Manage offers and close candidates effectively.
• Maintain accurate tracking in the ATS (ADP).
• Support new hire onboarding processes including coordination between Recruiting, HR, and IT for day one.
• Deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers.

The pay range for this position is $78,000 to $95,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, specialized expertise, and overall qualifications.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support full-cycle recruiting across service and back-office roles. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will partner closely with the business to attract and hire top talent.This role goes beyond recruiting — you will act as a true partner to hiring managers, helping improve interview processes, drive better hiring decisions, and support overall business growth. This role includes an onboarding component, supporting the new hire experience from offer acceptance through day one.
