This high-volume desk offers base hourly pay with a monthly bonus and a path to growth within a supportive team.

You'll source, screen, credential, and place candidates, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding in Paycor and StafferLink, and travel locally for events as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare staffing or high-volume recruiting preferred.

Pay: $26.00–$28.85 per hour, based on experience, plus a monthly margin bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Work arrangement: Hybrid after training — at least 3 days in the Midland office each week

ATC Healthcare Services of MidMichigan staffs CNAs, nurses, mental health professionals, allied clinicians, and administrative staff for hospitals, long-term care, schools, county jails and state partners including the Michigan Department of Corrections and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to run the full recruiting cycle: source, screen, credential, and put them to work. This is a high-volume desk with a real bonus attached to the placements you get working. What you will do:

• Source CNAs, RNs, LPNs, mental health staff, MDOC/MDHHS contract staff, and other healthcare professionals using job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
• Post and refresh openings on company sites and social channels
• Screen resumes and credentials against license, experience, and client requirements
• Run behavioral interviews by phone, video, and in person
• Give candidates a clear, honest picture of pay, schedule, facility, and assignment
• Prep candidates for client interviews, coordinate logistics, and close the loop with both sides
• Move selected candidates through offer, onboarding, and first-shift readiness in Paycor and related systems
• Keep candidate and employee files accurate in StafferLink, ShareFile, and other required systems
• Prioritize the requisitions that matter most that week based on client demand
• Track activity and results, and send timely updates to your manager
• Occasional local travel for office needs, client visits, or hiring events
• Other duties as assigned

What a strong week looks like

You are working several openings at once, keeping a live pipeline, submitting qualified people quickly, and following through so starts actually happen. You get paid base hourly plus a monthly bonus tied to the profit on the new hires you put to work.

What we are looking for

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of healthcare staffing or high-volume recruiting preferred (CNA, nurse, allied, behavioral health, or similar)
• Comfortable sourcing and filling multiple roles at the same time
• Clear phone and writing skills; you can talk to a CNA and a DON in the same afternoon
• Working knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools, Microsoft 365, and social recruiting
• Organized enough to keep licenses, screens, and onboarding dates straight
• Self-directed, but willing to take daily priorities from leadership
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
